1. The Fic I'm looking for is definitely Sterek.
I only remember the last chapter, where Stiles makes the happy cake that his mother used to make and that meant that Stiles was finally truly happy. I remember that this cake had a different effect on each person.

Looking for a fic I read a while ago on AO3
Stiles is a rare Omega and has to go though interview with alphas who have packs.
I remember that Derek and him go to Nevada and meet an asexual alpha. He has his heat and ends up helping the pack up their fertility.
It is stiles/Derek but both are in denial.
